Got Jesus?

Do you know where you will spend eternity?

Did you know that Jesus went to prepare a place for you?

Did you know only one thing will keep you out of heaven?

There is only ONE thing which keeps you and me out of heaven – sin.  It is common to all of us;  “...all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God..”  Romans 3:23.  God created Adam for a special relationship; you and I were born to have a family relationship with God.  It was the sin of Adam that changed everything and our sin which makes the problem even worse.

God’s solution for sin is Jesus Christ.  Jesus, who  is God, became a man and took our sin upon Himself.  2 Corinthians 5:21 “He made him to be sin who knew no sin that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.” Christ suffered for all our sins and took our punishment to the point of death at the cross.  Then God raised Jesus from the dead, free from sin and judgment.

When we believe in the death and victorious resurrection of Jesus we are cleansed from sin and freed from punishment of eternity in hell.  Therefore, Jesus said, “ I go to prepare a place for you..” John 14:3

Do you know, do you have a confidence of where you will spend eternity? Your life here on earth has a beginning and an end.  Eternity has no end, it lasts forever.  To have confidence in your eternal destiny, God has clearly and simply provided the way.  A declaration of Jesus as Son of God and Savior is the guarantee of salvation and an eternal destiny in heaven.  John 14:6 Jesus said,  “I am the way the truth and the life, no man comes to the Father except by me.

Say this prayer as a choice of your will and god will grant you eternal life and a home in heaven with Him.

“Father, I believe  Jesus is your only son.  He suffered for all sin and punishment at the cross.  Jesus died for me and He rose from the dead for me.  I declare Jesus Christ is my savior and Lord, whose blood cleanses me from all sin.  Heaven is my destiny and God is my Father.  Thank you Lord Jesus for my salvation.  Amen
